Just moved in & are a new tenant

Welcome to Denbighshire Housing.

We hope that you are already starting to settle into your new home. As a new tenant, you will have an introductory tenancy with us, which lasts about 12 months, a trial tenancy. Within the first few weeks and months of being in your new home, your local housing officer will pop in to meet you, go through some helpful tips and information about how to look after your tenancy and home.

If everything goes well at the end of the first 12 months, there are a number of options. Please see types of tenancy for more information.
