In a recent survey, 79% of our tenants said they were satisfied with the overall service that we provided them over the past two years. As a result, our vision is to:
- Develop our community development plan, talking to tenants about how we can take their feedback forward.
- Involve tenants more in shaping our services.
- Look at more ways to work with our communities.
