Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. STAR

New Homes

We are planning to build 170 brand new council homes for the first time in 25 years. Our plan is to build much needed, high quality homes for people of Denbighshire.

We have a number of projects already underway, including:

  • The Dell, Prestatyn
  • The old Bodnant School site, Prestatyn
  • The old Granite outdoor store (upper floors), Rhyl
  • Aquarium Street, Rhyl
  • Llwyn Eirin, Denbigh

More details will be available soon for these projects and new ones as they become available.
