We are going to text and email our tenants between the 21 Oct – 2 Dec with a link to complete STAR online. If you would like a printed survey, contact us today so we can post one out to you. Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. Gas Safety and Solid Fuel Servicing

Gas

  • For gas emergencies: If you can smell gas, or gas has escaped – turn off the supply at the mains and call Wales & West Utilities on 0800 111 999
  • For non-emergency gas repairs, call Liberty Gas on 0330 333 8384

Your safety is important to us and we our committed to you and the law to complete annual gas safety inspections of our homes. It is really important that you let our contractors into your home (with proof & ID) to do the inspections.

If we are not able to do the inspections then we may have to take legal action to get permission to enter your home.

Solid Fuel

For any repairs to solid fuel and oil appliances, please contact our call centre on 01824 706000.

All solid fuel and oil appliances are serviced every year by our contractors. It is really important that you let contractors into your home (with proof and ID) to do the inspections.
