Attention all Denbighshire Housing Tenants! Our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) survey is live!

We are going to text and email our tenants between the 21 Oct – 18 Nov with a link to complete STAR online. If you would like a printed survey, contact us today so we can post one out to you. Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. Aids and Adaptations

Each year, we complete a number of adaptations to our homes to ensure our tenants can continue to live independently and safely in their homes.

Major adaptations may include:

  • the removal of an existing bathroom
  • the installation of a wet floor shower room
  • the installation of a stair lift to make first floor accommodation more accessible

Minor adaptations may include:

  • the installation of internal grab rails, hand rails, external ramps and key safes.
