We are going to text and email our tenants between the 21 Oct – 18 Nov with a link to complete STAR online. If you would like a printed survey, contact us today so we can post one out to you. Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. Problems Paying your Rent

If you are having difficulty or unable to pay your rent, please talk to us.

One of our team can talk to you about:

  • your payment options
  • budgetary advice and give you examples of how to budget better, including budgeting tools by the Citizens Advice
  • Direct or refer you to useful websites for more information and help to get extra support like food banks, money advice service, mental health, drug and alcohol etc.
