Christmas and New Year information

Our Contact Centre will be closed and our social media not monitored between 24 Dec 12:30pm until the 2 Jan 2026. Our emergency repairs line will be operational throughout the Christmas and New Year period for emergencies only (0300 123 3068).

Getting Online

In a changing world, where everything is moving online, it is important to us that you have access to computers, feel confident about being online, and are able to develop your digital skills so that you can make the most of digital products.

We are working with OPUS and other organisations to help understand how we can help you with your computer skills, get online and support you. All the libraries in Denbighshire have computers with free internet access and Wi-Fi that you can use.
