Attention all Denbighshire Housing Tenants! Our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) survey is live!

We are going to text and email our tenants between the 21 Oct – 18 Nov with a link to complete STAR online. If you would like a printed survey, contact us today so we can post one out to you. Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. By completing the survey, you could be in with a chance of winning a £250 or £100 gift card (T&Cs apply).

Getting Online

In a changing world, where everything is moving online, it is important to us that you have access to computers, feel confident about being online, and are able to develop your digital skills so that you can make the most of digital products.

We are working with OPUS and other organisations to help understand how we can help you with your computer skills, get online and support you. All the libraries in Denbighshire have computers with free internet access and Wi-Fi that you can use.
