  • renting a home (intermediate rent)
  • purchasing a property to own
  • who cannot currently afford to rent or buy outright on the open market.

Registering on Tai Teg is essential if you wish to be considered for assisted home ownership or a property rent scheme. The date you register is considered when Tai Teg identify people for schemes or properties that become available.
