Our Contact Centre will be closed and our social media not monitored between 24 Dec 12:30pm until the 2 Jan 2026. Our emergency repairs line will be operational throughout the Christmas and New Year period for emergencies only (0300 123 3068).

Tenant Engagement Plan

Our tenant engagement plan outlines how we want to engage with our tenants to ensure they are at the heart of shaping what we do.

Tenants and residents should have the opportunity to be involved in the decisions that affect their homes and feel empowered to improve the communities in which they live.

We have four objectives that we want to achieve from our plan:

  • Our engagement with tenants is inclusive, flexible and has a wide representation.
  • Tenants feel they are involved in improving our services.
  • Tenants have the opportunity to get involved in their community.
  • Tenants have access to opportunities for development and training.

We will achieve this by offering a flexible structure for our tenants, so they are able to engage and challenge us.
