Attention all Denbighshire Housing Tenants! Our Survey of Tenants and Residents (STAR) survey is live!

We are going to text and email our tenants between the 21 Oct – 18 Nov with a link to complete STAR online. If you would like a printed survey, contact us today so we can post one out to you. Your feedback will help us provide the right service to you and inform us of your priorities. By completing the survey, you could be in with a chance of winning a £250 or £100 gift card (T&Cs apply).

What do tenants and residents associations do?

Tenants and residents associations are groups of local residents and our tenants, who provide help and advice on housing and community matters in their area. They work together to look after the interests of residents on things about housing, the environment and community life.

We talk with tenants and residents associations on issues that are likely to affect them. I.e. major changes to policy or changes that directly affect their homes.

How do I get involved?

The best way to get involved is by going along to a meeting of your local tenants and residents association.

Our tenant and resident associations are:

  • DTARF
  • The Marsh Association, Rhyl
  • War Memorial Court, Rhyl
  • Llys Y Felin, St Asaph
  • Trem Y Foel, Ruthin

We also have a number of groups that are based at our resource centres:

  • Phoenix Centre, Rhyl
  • Pengwern, Llangollen
  • Maes Esgob, Dyserth
  • Llys Y Felin, St Asaph
  • Cysgodfa, Denbigh
  • Trem Y Foel, Ruthin
  • Llygadog, Corwen

If you would like more information about our groups, how to set up your own or resource centres, then please contact one of our Community Development team.
